Sandra Bullock is back on top. The star of "Speed", "Miss Congeniality", and "Crash" had her new movie, "The Proposal", come in at number one this past weekend. It was Sandra's first number one movie in ten years.

The romantic comedy took in over 34 million dollars over the weekend. "It definitely met and exceeded our expectations," said Mark Zoradi, president of Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Group. "In a summer with a lot of sequels, it's always nice to have an original movie."

Sandra's last box office leading movie in North America was "Forces of Nature," which co-starred Ben Affleck, back in 1999. Her previous best opening was $17.6 million for her most recent film, "Premonition," in March 2007.

In "The Proposal", Sandra stars as a book executive who fakes an engagement to her assistant (Ryan Reynolds) to avoid deportation to her native Canada. The laughs ensue when she meets his parents, with "Golden Girls" veteran Betty White stealing the show.

Lakers won game five 99-86 and took the best-of-seven series four games to one. It included two nail-biting wins in overtime. Game five was somewhat anti-climatic as the Lakers had a 15-point lead going into the fourth quarter.

Kendra Wilkinson and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett are going to have a baby. The Girls Next Door star confirmed that "Hank and I are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We are touched by the outpouring of support by our family, friends and fans."

Kendra had said in February that they were trying to have kids and have already picked out names. "My first initial is K and my middle name is Leigh, so we were thinking of Kaleigh," she said. "And he's Hank Baskett III, so of course I'm going to have a Hank Baskett IV!"

The couple has been engaged since November, Kendra and Hank plan to wed on June 27 at Hef's Playboy Mansion.

It took the Russian tennis honey only 74 minutes to beat her fellow Russian and number one ranked Dinara Safina in straight sets 6-4, 6-2.

The match was a cake walk for her especially considering her previous three matches versus Agnieszka Radwanska, Serena Williams, and Samantha Stosur, all went three sets. The toughest came against number two ranked Serena in the quarterfinals which went 7-6 (7-3), 5-7, 7-5.
