Toko Ushikawa (牛川 とこ, real name, 牛川寿子), born in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese model, singer, and race queen.

Toko originally wanted to become pre-school teacher but instead decided to become a race queen. She represented On The Field レースクイーン from 2000 to 2002 and FK/Massimoサーキットレディ from 2002 to 2003.

Toko was also part of Delicious Capricious, a race queen singing idol group together with Akane Soma (相馬茜) and Kazumi Kondo (近藤 和美) in 2001.
