Mizuki Horii (堀井美月), born in Chiba, Japan, is a Japanese singer, cosplay model and gravure idol. Mizuki is known for her short stature (148cm which is 4' 10") and 93cm bust. She made her debut in late 2005 and has been a rising star in Japan releasing 2 photo books, 13 DVDs, many with cosplay themes.

Mizuki also released a J-pop single in November of 2007 called "Attack No. 1".

She enjoys playing the piano, playing basketball, throwing darts, and bowling.
