Georgia Elizabeth Moffett, born in West London, is an English actress. She is perhaps best known for her roles in Where the Heart Is and The Bill and her one-time role as Jenny in the long-running BBC science fiction series Doctor Who. She also had a lead role in the programme Spooks Code 9.
Moffett attended St Edward's School in Oxford, and has performed alongside her father, Peter Davison, in Red Dawn, a Doctor Who audio drama. She has also appeared in television dramas, such as Peak Practice, Like Father Like Son and The Bill as DI Samantha Nixon's wayward daughter, Abi.
She played downtrodden Alice Harding in the ITV1 drama Where the Heart Is for two series in 2004 and 2005, and starred in the comedy-drama, Bonkers, as Debbie Hooper in 2007. She appeared alongside her father in the BBC sitcom, Fear, Stress & Anger. In April 2008, she appeared as Officer Penny Bishop in the BBC sitcom My Family.
In May 2008, Moffett gained national exposure in the UK by starring as the Doctor's daughter, Jenny, in the Doctor Who episode "The Doctor's Daughter".
In August 2008, Moffett starred in series one of BBC Three's spy spin-off Spooks: Code 9 as Kylie Roman.
Moffett is the daughter of popular British actor Peter Davison and American actress Sandra Dickinson, who were married from 1978 to 1994. Davison married her stepmother Elizabeth Morton in 2003, and now has two half-brothers, Louis and Joel. Moffett gave birth to her son Tyler in March 2002. She had a relationship with her Where the Heart Is co-star Adam Paul Harvey, which ended in 2006.
